All payments to be made at the time of inspection scheduling.

Other factors such as distance, location, and value may affect price. The following factors may affect the price of an inspection along with a guideline for costs.  Age: $25.00 for any building over 25 years old, and $50.00 for over 50 years old.  Historic homes or over 50 years may be estimated. More than single story: $100.00  starting price per floor. Island or Luxury Home: $100.00
